NutriMacro is built and operated by Limerick Family Farm, an independent business registered in Ireland (Registered Business Name No. 750471, Registration of Business Names Act 1963). We are a small Ireland-based team, and we build the whole thing ourselves — the app, the coaching tools and the platform gyms run on.

We started with food, because that is where most people start. It grew from there: if the app knows what you ate, and what you lifted, and how you slept, it can say something useful that none of those alone can. NutriMacro is available on iOS, Android, smartwatch and the web.

What we build

One app for the whole picture, rather than five that do not talk to each other.

• Nutrition — log a meal by photographing your plate; calories, protein, carbs, fat and the vitamins and minerals underneath them. A food database that spans everyday world and Indian cooking, with 15,000+ recipes.
• Workouts — strength and conditioning with real progression, a muscle map of what you have actually worked, and analytics that survive a bad week.
• Activities — runs, walks and rides with routes, splits and elevation, imported from your watch or recorded on your phone.
• Sleep & recovery — your night stage by stage, and a recovery score built from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, stress and recent training load.
• Wellness — hydration, stress and the correlations between them, drawn from your own weeks rather than general advice.
• Coaching & gyms — share a plan across a family, work with a personal trainer, or run a whole gym's members, classes and assessments.

There is a free tier that is genuinely useful on its own, and an optional premium plan for the deeper insights and AI features.

What we believe

Your data is yours. Health data is the most personal thing an app can hold. We keep it private by design, we do not sell it, and you can delete every trace of it from inside the app or from this page — no email, no waiting.

A number should be honest or absent. If we cannot measure something, we say so rather than showing a confident zero. A recovery score built from one signal says it was built from one signal. We would rather show you a gap than a guess.

Real food, real training. We build for how people actually cook and train across cultures — Irish staples and Indian thalis, barbells and hill walks — not just for whoever a calorie counter was originally designed for.
